Moneylender will provide suggestions for a Principal/Interest payment (P&I) and an Interest Only payment. Click a button to fill the box with the suggested amount, or enter a different amount in the box.

When the time between the origination date and the first due date is longer or shorter than a regular payment cycle, a third suggestion, Adjusted Amortized, also appears. It computes the payment while accounting for that odd first period - click it to use that amount.
