What Does a License Get You?

Each license grants you permission to run Moneylender on one computer for one user. If you're using it by yourself on one machine, you just need one license. You can move/reactivate your license whenever you upgrade/replace your computer or wipe your system. If you will run Moneylender on more than one computer, you will need a license for each computer.

Your license will be available for activation instantly upon successful credit card payment.

Internal/personal use of the API is included with this single user license. You are only permitted to use the API with loans where you are either the lender and owner or the borrower and payer. You may not use the API to modify or interact with loans that you are managing for someone else.

Put your portfolio on our servers - access your loans through the Moneylender Online website and also from Moneylender Desktop.

Base monthly charge is determined by the number of loans in your portfolio.

• Tier 1 - $39/month up to 99 loans
• Tier 2 - $59/month up to 999 loans
• Tier 3 - $99/month for 1,000 or more loans
• Every tier includes one web user; additional web users are $30/month each
• Desktop license-holders connect to your hosted portfolio for free, no matter how many
• $5/GB after the first GB (you might hit a gigabyte if you attach six hundred PDFs to your loans, for example)
• $50/month to enable API access to your portfolio (API only permitted for loans you own directly)

The number of loans in your portfolio is counted each morning. The daily count that results in the highest billing is used to set the monthly price. Tier will increase and decrease automatically as your portfolio changes.

Applications count at a ratio of 20:1. 200 applications add the equivalent of 10 loans for billing purposes. Closed loans and denied applications do not count toward your billing tier.

You can log into the store and download backups that will open with Moneylender Desktop instantly at any time. Extensive backups are maintained for all hosted portfolios.

• $15 Monthly Service Fee (not per-loan, $15 even if you have 1000 loans enrolled)
• Per payment fee of the greater of $1 or 0.5% (ex: a $1000 payment costs $5)
• $15 returned payment fee
• $100 one-time underwriting fee at the time of application
• $35 account update fee if you change your bank account or transaction limits

Example cost: You have 30 loans that each pay $1000/month through the AutoPay service.
You collect $30,000 in monthly payments.
AutoPay fee is $15 (fixed fee) + $150 (transaction fees) = $165 for the month.
Payments automatically appear in Moneylender when they clear and are credited on the original payment date, no need to enter them yourself.
