Each license grants you permission to run Moneylender on one computer for one user. If you're using it by yourself on one machine, you just need one license. You can move/reactivate
your license whenever you upgrade/replace your computer or wipe your system. If you will run Moneylender on more than one computer, you will need a license for each computer.
Your license will be available for activation instantly upon successful credit card payment.
Internal/personal use of the API is included with this single user license. You are only permitted to use the API with loans where you are either the lender and owner or the borrower and payer. You may not use the
API to modify or interact with loans that you are managing for someone else.

Base monthly charge is determined by the number of loans in your portfolio.
The number of loans in your portfolio is counted each morning. The daily count that results in the highest billing is used to set the monthly price. Tier will increase and decrease automatically as your portfolio changes.
Applications count at a ratio of 20:1. 200 applications add the equivalent of 10 loans for billing purposes. Closed loans and denied applications do not count toward your billing tier.
Each morning, the server performs this maintenance process: loan balances are updated to reflect the new day, a compress routine is done to eliminate unoccupied space within the portfolio file, loan counts are tallied, the file size is recorded, a backup of the portfolio is made.
You can log into the store and download backups instantly at any time. On Fridays, backups are copied to a secondary location for additional safeguard against data loss. Daily backups are retained for two weeks. Weekly backups are retained for two months. Monthly backups are retained for one year.
A desktop license and a web seat are separate purchases, so match each person to how they will actually work. If someone settles in at a Windows desk full-time, a one-time $489 license pays for itself versus a $30/month web seat in about 16 months.
To get started, choose Moneylender Online at the Whitman Technological Store. Uploading an existing portfolio takes a few clicks — and retrieving it back to a local or self-hosted setup is just as easy. Compatible with the AutoPay service, but not required.

Borrowers can view their loans and make payments through the AutoPay Borrower Portal.
