The Third Party Record

Third Party records are used to manage the payment of third party fees. When you charge a fee, such as a property tax payment to a loan, the third party ultimately receives that fee.

Create a new third party by opening a new third party record in the Third Party Wizard. Click New Third Party from the Other Records menu.

To search, view, and change third parties in your portfolio, click Manage Third Party from the Other Records menu.
