Report of Maturing Loans

What’s the trick for generating a report that shows loans maturing in 30 days etc.

The report column is SummaryOfFinancesRecord:FinalPaymentDate. Add that to the report. If you want to limit the report to only loans that are maturing before the end of the report date range add a filter for FinalPaymentDate LessOrEqual 0:

When filtering on a date column, the value is days (before)after the report end date.

Also, good to choose Loan Status: Open Loans so all the closed loans don’t show up on the report, too.
