Chapter 13 Trustee and Regular Payments

You report the arrears to the court and the trustee will be paying you back on those arrears over time. And your borrower resumes their regular payments on the loan. Re: Amortized Engine Order

Ok, I'm uploading the update now. Open Moneylender and click File > Update to latest version. 2.0.189 is the new version that includes a checkbox to pay regular payment before escrow. Checking that one and the fees one should line up happily with the Fannie Mae rules. :)

Re: Amortized Engine Order

I just finished testing it and it works really well. I was about to publish the update, but at the last second I remembered there's another thing I wanted to stuff into the release for another customer: The ability to add report filters for columns that store their data in "enumerations" (...

Re: Amortized Engine Order

Looking at the doc, I agree. I'll add a checkbox, edit the logic in the payment section accordingly, and post back here when I've released an update (sometime tomorrow).

Re: Amortized Engine Order

Hmmmm... There's a setting to pay regular payment before fees in the Loan Settings, but it'll always pay the escrow due first.

Do I need to add another checkbox to pay regular payment before escrow? Checking both would then put the scheduled P&I ahead of both the escrow and the fees.

Re: Report of Maturing Loans

The report column is SummaryOfFinancesRecord:FinalPaymentDate. Add that to the report. If you want to limit the report to only loans that are maturing before the end of the report date range add a filter for FinalPaymentDate LessOrEqual 0: reportfilter.jpg When filtering on a date column, the value ...

What’s the trick for generating a report that shows loans maturing in 30 days etc.
